天天父母为脱贫常年外出务工，留年幼天天与体弱爷爷在乡下相依。爷孙盼归，父母亦牵挂家人。天天从调皮孩童成长为照顾爷爷、分担家务的“小大人”，历经孩子寻亲、爷爷病重，夫妻终悟团圆可贵，回乡创业相伴亲人。
